Return Policy on Coffee Beans:

 From the moment our beans are roasted. We grade, test and try them for ourselves before we package them and sell them to the public. This way you only receive the best beans every time.

However, we want you to have the best coffee experience and if you at any time find you’re not happy with your beans or something just isn’t right. Please get in touch with us or come in and see us at The Last Straw and we can see what we can do.

Returns on Equipment:

Our policy lasts 30 days on all our coffee equipment. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
